Summer Program Kickoff & Community Cookout
Kick off the summer with us! Join A Million Wishes Foundation for our annual Summer Kickoff Cookout — a free community celebration welcoming youth and families into our summer programming season. Enjoy food, music, games, and meet our mentors and program staff.
Youth Career Exploration Expo
Our flagship career exploration event connects youth ages 14–21 with professionals from 20+ industries. Participate in mock interviews, hands-on demos, panel discussions, and one-on-one conversations with mentors and employers. Open to all youth in our programs and the broader community.
A Million Wishes Annual Gala & Fundraiser
Our premier annual fundraising gala brings together supporters, community leaders, and partners for an unforgettable evening of celebration, inspiration, and impact. Enjoy dinner, live entertainment, a silent auction, and heartfelt stories from our youth. All proceeds fund our programs.

Life Skills Workshop: Financial Literacy for Teens
A hands-on workshop designed to equip teens ages 13–18 with foundational financial literacy skills — budgeting, saving, understanding credit, and planning for the future. Led by our certified Life Skills instructors with guest speakers from local financial institutions.

RegisterCulture Visions Football League: Mid-Season Scrimmage
Come cheer on our youth athletes in the mid-season scrimmage for the Culture Visions Coed Football League. Open to the public — bring your family and show your support for our young leaders on and off the field.
Mentor Mixer & Appreciation Night
An evening dedicated to celebrating the incredible mentors who give their time and hearts to our youth. Current and prospective mentors are invited to connect, share stories, and learn more about our mentorship program. Light appetizers and refreshments provided.
Future Skills Academy: Tech & Innovation Hackathon
A full-day hackathon for youth ages 13–21 to build, create, and problem-solve using technology. Teams will tackle real community challenges with guidance from tech mentors. Prizes awarded in multiple categories. No prior coding experience required — just curiosity and drive.

New to volunteering with A Million Wishes? This orientation covers everything you need to know — our programs, expectations, how to get matched, and how to make the most of your time with us. Required for all new volunteers.
